Disciples of Jesus Christ are motivated to give by opportunity, not by obligation. God's gift of salvation is free.

This is called grace. 

​

We give for two reasons. 

​

First,

having freely received God's gift our hearts are transformed to give freely. We have the opportunity to use our money to support the spread of the good news of God's grace.

 

Second,

Jesus teaches that giving is a spiritual discipline that breaks the power that money has over our lives.

 

When we decide ahead of time to dedicate a percentage of our money to the work of God's grace in the world are putting our trust in Provider rather than His provision.

At Faith UCC your gift will be used to support our ministry of spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ through our worship service, food pantry, classes, and fellowship gatherings.
